Please be aware that due to strict health and sanitary standards, any return with signs of wear and tear, missing tags/stickers, will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.
We accept returns on merchandise up to 21days. After a return has been approved, the item(s) must be returned to the warehouse within 21 calendar days. Any packages arriving outside of the 21 day window will not be processed and ineligible for a refund. At this time, we currently do not accept returns on international orders. By continuing to the return portal below, the customer acknowledges the return policy in its entirety and is an agreement of the terms.
If you would like to make an exchange, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the new product. Aussie Chiller USA does not do exchanges for the same order. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
The sender will assume return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in unused, original condition with all stickers, labels, and tags with original packaging. If item(s) are not returned in the original condition your return will not be processed. In the event that the hat must be cleaned, the return will be deemed unacceptable. In the event that the hat is beyond repair, your return will be rejected. Aussie Chiller is not responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
